Pay as you go customers

Lost or Stolen
If your phone is lost or stolen, get in touch with us as soon as possible. If it’s been stolen, report it to the local police and get a crime number. If you have Orange Care phone insurance, you’ll need the crime number to get a replacement phone when you’re back in the UK. (Subject to terms and conditions.)
